About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist you will:
Assist customers via phone email and chat resolving inquiries efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer cases in internal systems
Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer experiences
Ensure high service quality and meet performance targets
Attend training sessions to develop your skills and stay updated
Who Were Looking For
Fluent in German (C1 & proficient in English (B1
Customerfocused mindset with excellent problemsolving skills
Strong computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Willingness to work shifts based on project needs
Excellent written communication for chat and email roles (Typing speed: 50 WPM for Chat roles)
Eligibility to work in the EU & clear background check
