YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You manage HR systems ensuring smooth operation and data integrity
- You provide firstlevel support for HR systems handling permissions mass uploads and troubleshooting systemrelated tasks
- You act as the liaison between HR Systems and People Administration teams managing systemrelated inquiries
- You oversee and maintain access rights ensuring compliance with internal policies
- You monitor system performance identify issues and support improvements in HR processes
- You assist with systemrelated projects implementations and optimizations
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience You have a background in IT HR systems or HR administration with a strong focus on system management
- Technical Proficiency You have experience with HR systems such as Workday (preferred) or similar platforms
- ProblemSolving You are analytical detailoriented and comfortable troubleshooting system issues
- Collaboration You communicate effectively with HR teams and IT counterparts to ensure system efficiency
- Organizational Skills You can manage multiple systemrelated tasks from user permissions to data uploads efficiently
- Language You have excellent English skills additional languages are a plus
