Building Consultant
In your new role you will conduct forensic building inspections to ensure that contractors complete rectification works to a compliant standard and cost. You will be responsible for administering the full scope of works causation reports and ensuring the quality of work.
What are my accountabilities
Accurate and detailed recording of data whilst on site
Providing customer service to all parties with an interest in the job
Preparation of reports and scope of works to client
About you:
Cert III Carpentry or Cert IV Building & Construction or Licensed Builder
Knowledge of the insurance industry and process requirements of admin hearings and litigation
Ability to put the customer and client at the centre of service delivery
