ABOUT COYOTE ROCK GOLF COURSE
Coyote Rock Golf Course is a welcoming and scenic golf course in Williams Lake offering excellent experience for players of all levels. Our Pro Shop Associates are the face of our golf course providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth checkin process for our guests.

POSITION
Pro Shop Associate

Probation Period
3 months from the date of hire.
Experience Required
Previous experience in customer service or retail experience preferred.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and assist customers with checkin teetime reservations and pro shop purchases.
Process sales transactions including green fees merchandise and memberships.
Provide golfers with course information including rules policies and conditions.
Maintain a clean and organized pro shop including restocking merchandise.
Assist with rental club distribution and golf cart management.
Answer phone inquiries and provide friendly customer service.
Work with the course management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Promote special events lessons and promotions to customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
Knowledge of golf or a willingness to learn about the game.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Comfortable handling cash card transactions and using a POS system.
Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
