The opportunity
We are looking for an engaging and driven person who wants to grow together with their team and the company. You will lead a management team consisting of team managers and technical specialists for the domain called Protection within the HVDC Control & Protection Software area. The teams are responsible for supplying systems of software products for HVDC projects across the globe including software design development integration testing and verification in realtime and virtual environments.

What You Bring
Passion for leadership: You have a genuine interest in empowering individuals and teams. Experience in leading leaders in a global organization is a strong advantage.
Technology focus: You balance a passion for people with a keen interest in technology. Experience with HVDC Control & Protection software products is beneficial but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills: You are engaging articulate and adept at using digital tools to collaborate effectively across global teams.
Problemsolving mindset: You are curious and open to new ideas continuously improving processes and work methods in a proactive way to enhance outcomes.
