Position Summary

As a Software Engineer at LCPtracker you will leverage your expertise in objectoriented programming and data management to enhance and maintain our legacy applications built with C# and ASP MVC. You will perform tasks within the Azure cloud environment where our applications are hosted. Additionally you will contribute to establishing and promoting team standards and best practices.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop modify and maintain and the companys ASP MVC applications.
  • Promote coding standards code reviews and best practices with a focus on quality maintainability and security.
  • Ensure the maintainability and scalability of applications through effective code management and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to support continuous operation of applications.
  • Perform other work including specific tasks or special projects as required.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and use discretion when needed.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in software engineering computer science or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years of experience working in application development.
  • 5 years of programming experience with at least one ObjectOriented Programming (OOP) language.
  • 5 years of experience working with SQL.
  • Experience with C# ASP MVC and LINQ is a plus.
  • Experience in frontend development is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud technologies is a plus.
  • Proficient in business writing and composition with a strong command of the English language.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced multitasking environment with shifting priorities and demanding deadlines.
  • Detailoriented with excellent time management skills capable of effectively prioritizing and organizing workload.
  • Experience working in Scrum teams with a deep understanding of Agile methodology.
  • Scrum certifications are a plus.

Work Environment

This position performs its duties from our Orange California office. This position operates in a professional office environment and role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones mobile devices photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Requirements

While performing the functions of this job the employee is regularly required to sit; frequently required to talk and hear use hands and fingers to type scroll and use computer equipment. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection of text/data in both print and electronic forms. Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a fulltime exempt position reporting to our Orange California office MF 8am 5pm. Days/hours worked are dependent on the workload at the time. The positions work is to be performed hybrid on site 3 days per week. General availability and presence in the office is expected during regular business hours MondayFriday. However some flexibility is allowed. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

There is no major travel requirement for this position. However infrequent travel may be necessary to visit remote office(s) attend conferences/industry events etc. Attendance at our corporate Staff Retreat is required. This event is a 23day retreat. Attendance at our annual User Conference as assigned.

Salary Range

Expected Compensation of $110000.00 to $120000.00 per annual salary benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
