Metal Roofing Superintendent
Location:Phoenix AZ
Salary: $85000 $95000 Quarterly Bonus (Up to $2500

Position Overview
We are seeking a Metal Roofing Superintendent with 3 years of experience in metal roofing to lead and oversee projects from start to finish. This role requires a handson leader who can manage field operations ensure quality workmanship and maintain a safe efficient job site.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate metal roofing crews on commercial projects
Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to company standards
Manage material ordering job site logistics and workforce scheduling
Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards
Enforce OSHA safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe work environment
Communicate effectively with project managers clients and team members
Train and mentor crew members to improve efficiency and craftsmanship
Qualifications
3 years of experience in metal roofing (commercial experience preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of roofing systems materials and installation techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
Strong understanding of safety regulations and OSHA compliance
Valid drivers license (company vehicle provided)
