Experienced Bookkeeper Make a difference for this fastpaced bluecollar business!
Join this CentralOmaha located blue collar business in this key role. This stable and successful company is searching for an experienced bookkeeper to step into a mission critical position. This business experiences a high volume of transactions and this individual will be the glue that holds everything accountingfocused together allowing the business to run smoothly. Our client is seeking a knowledgeable detailed and focused individual who enjoys working with down to earth hardworking / no fluff employees who may appear to be rough around the edges but are fantastic people to work with.
- Take ownership for all daily bookkeeping in Sage including booking transactions journal entries and running financial statements
- Ensure that accounts payable is paid timely and verify vendor invoices
- Track inventory as well as all new equipment purchase and sales is tracked accurately
- Assist with accounts receivable and perform daily sales reconciliation
- Assist with other office duties as needed in this small business where everyone rolls up the sleeves and likes to GSD
