Job Description
We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to step into the role of Team Leader and spearhead our team towards success. Responsibilities
- Lead mentor and support team members to drive performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels manage schedules and coordinate temporary coverage as needed.
- Implement and enforce company policies while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Identify and execute process improvements to optimize operational workflows.
- Analyze financial and operational data adjusting strategies to achieve key performance goals.
- Cultivate a positive team environment by providing guidance and career development opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management HR and other departments to align with business objectives.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to maintain a safe and structured work environment.
- Oversee expense management and resource allocation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure high standards of facility maintenance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Native or fluent in Turkish (C1 with strong verbal and written communication skills plus English proficiency (B2.
- At least 2 years of experience in an Operations Management role.
- Experience overseeing large teams 200 employees) in a fastpaced setting is a plus.
- Basic financial management skills including budgeting experience.
- Proven ability to build develop and lead teams.
- Strong focus on quality assurance and leadership.
- Proactive adaptable and empathetic with excellent people management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationshipbuilding abilities across all levels.
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings weekends and holidays when needed.
- Strong computer literacy with technical and analytical skills.
