Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee largescale commercial construction projects . Looking for someone with design build and tiltup wall project experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite leadership and oversight for largescale commercial construction projects.
- Develop maintain and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project P6 Primavera or Power Project ASTA.
- Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors vendors and site personnel to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients architects engineers and stakeholders ensuring clear communication and relationship management.
- Implement and enforce Lean construction principles and Last Planner methods to improve workflow efficiency.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular progress meetings with project teams clients and subcontractors.
- Identify analyze and resolve construction challenges and conflicts in a timely manner.
- Work closely with project managers and leadership to align construction with strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in construction supervision with a strong background in design build and tiltup wall project experience.
- Experience with lean pullplanning would be a PLUS.
- Quality control certification is a PLUS.
- Strong ability to develop maintain and manage project schedules.
- Experience in client management and stakeholder communication.
- Strong leadership problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Excellent understanding of construction methods processes and safety regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities deadlines and a large project workforce.
- Proficiency in construction technology and project management tools.
