HydroNeo is a fastgrowing international startup focussing on Smart Farming solutions for the Global aquaculture industry. Our vision is to expand our Smart Farm Management System with which we are already the market leader in Thailand to become the HydroNeo Aquaculture Super App for everything farmers and the industry need. The Team Lead Tech Support role is to oversee our daily operational activities. This role requires strong leadership skills a strategic mindset and a passion for optimizing processes. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless operations and drive continuous improvement.
Tasks
- Lead and mentor a team of currently 3 operational and technical support staff fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to drive decisionmaking.
- Coordinate with development and business teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational workflows.
- Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support company goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in anything technical Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in operations management preferably in the agricultural or technology sectors.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in relevant software and tools (e.g. ERP systems project management tools).
