Tasks
About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Marketing & Communication Specialist to join our dynamic team in Milan. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies managing LinkedIn and other digital channels crafting compelling presentations and handling press releases. You will work closely with internal teams to enhance our brand presence and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies to strengthen brand awareness.
- Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence engaging with our professional audience.
- Write and distribute press releases securing strong media coverage.
- Create highimpact presentations and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure a consistent brand voice.Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to optimize communication efforts
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- 12 years of experience in marketing communications or a related field.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling messages.
- Handson experience managing LinkedIn or other business social media channels.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive independent and problemsolving mindset.
- Fluent in English and German.
