Our client is seeking a parttime Digital Content & Website Manager to oversee content development SEO social media strategy and site optimization. This role is a blend of copywriting and website management designed for a resultsoriented professional who thrives on creating content that drives growth engagement and revenue.

1. Develop and implement SEO and content strategy
Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO plan.
Optimize all website content for discoverability and performance using tools like SurferSEO.
Audit and improve content to ensure alignment with brand voice and search intent.
2. Create publish and manage engaging Content
Do relevant research and write engaging highquality articles related to motorcycles cars ATVs and bikes.
Create an editorial calendar to maintain a consistent publishing cadence.
Repurpose written content into scripts for YouTube videos and social media posts.
3. Manage YouTube and social media presence
Set up and run a faceless YouTube channel by converting articles into video content
Facilitate video planning and performance tracking
Grow social media presence on Facebook and Instagram by creating and scheduling engaging content.
Analyze performance metrics to refine strategy and increase reach.
4. Launch and optimize email marketing campaigns
Launch and manage email campaigns to engage readers and drive traffic.
Implement monetization initiatives such as affiliate marketing ads and sponsorships.
Test and refine A/B strategies to maximize ROI across all platforms.
5. Manage and update the website performance and user experience
Continuously update the site to improve UX and technical performance.
Resolve backend issues and ensure smooth site navigation.
Monitor traffic and conversion metrics to guide future improvements.
Implement monetization strategies for the website such as affiliate marketing ads and sponsorships.
First 2 Weeks:
Understand our Client s brand audience and content strategy.
Audit the existing website content and social media presence.
Familiarize yourself with SurferSEO or similar tools and develop an initial SEO and content plan.
Start drafting publishing and scheduling content across blogs social media and YouTube.
First 30 Days:
Publish at least eight SEOoptimized articles while improving website performance and addressing any technical issues.
Launch the initial email marketing campaign to start engaging the audience directly.
Build a consistent content presence by scheduling social media posts and setting up a YouTube channel with test video content.
Begin exploring monetization opportunities
First 90 Days:
Maintain a consistent content calendar across the blog social media and YouTube while regularly publishing and optimizing highquality video content.
Grow social media audience and increase website traffic by strengthening SEO performance through strategic content updates and backlink building
Implement A/B testing across email and social campaigns to refine engagement strategies while launching and evaluating initial monetization efforts.
First 180 Days:
Scale content production across channels and diversify traffic sources to drive sustained website growth.
Refine and expand YouTube video content strategy.
Optimize lead generation boost email list growth and engagement and refine conversion strategies.
Strengthen affiliate marketing and advertising revenue and explore new partnerships and sponsorships.
First Year:
Solidify the client s online presence as a goto resource for automotive enthusiasts by driving significant growth in audience engagement and brand recognition across all platforms.
Deliver consistent highquality content across all digital channels.
Drive measurable improvements in traffic engagement and conversions.
Expand monetization efforts and maximize site revenue
Position the client s platform as a top destination for automotive content.

Experience in SEO digital content creation and web management.
Strong writing and editing skills especially for blog and web content.
Proficiency in SurferSEO or equivalent content optimization tools.
Handson experience with WordPress and basic website troubleshooting.
Background in social media and email marketing tools and techniques.
Ability to produce and manage YouTube content without appearing on camera.
Working knowledge of online monetization strategies (e.g. affiliate marketing sponsorships).
Interest in motorcycles cars and ATVs is a bonus not a requirement.
