Job Description
We are looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Sales/Marketing Associates to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Sales/Marketing Associates you will be responsible for sourcing selling and marketing real estate properties. This is a commissionbased role with a fixed salary and your compensation will be performancedriven with attractive incentives based on targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. Real estate certifications are a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate marketing or sales. Experience in targetbased roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using real estate platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven attitude.
