A leading operations and catering group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly experienced Executive Chef to oversee multisite culinary operations within remote or highvolume facilities. The ideal candidate will lead culinary teams implement standardized food production systems and ensure consistent quality hygiene and costefficiency across all locations.
Oversee and coordinate daily culinary operations across multiple units
Lead menu planning production strategy and team training across all sites
Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and internal food safety policies
Control food cost inventory and waste in line with operational budgets
Coach mentor and structure kitchen brigades for high performance
Manage purchasing specifications food requisitions and kitchen logistics
Conduct operational audits and ensure compliance with company and client standards
Collaborate with site managers and F&B leadership for special events and functions
Minimum 10 years of culinary experience with at least 3 years in a senior executive chef role
Background in highvolume institutional or remote site catering preferred
Fluent in English (written and spoken) Thirdparty English certificate required
Proven experience in menu engineering food cost control and team leadership
Strong knowledge of hygiene systems (HACCP FIFO temperature logs)
Culinary degree or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
Experience working in multicultural kitchen teams
