Job Description
- To become an integral member of a project team and provide as much support as possible in meeting deadlines production work and project design
- To enhance personal knowledge of architectural design and gain hands on experience in the various stages of a projects development
- To undertake and record activities required to progress towards professional qualification i.e. PEDR quarterly logbooks
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Assistant
- Produce drawings in accordance with company guidelines and within project deadlines
- Assist with appropriate research
- Assist in the compilation of project reports and the production of models in line with project needs
- Offer support to the project leader with general production problem solving and design input
- Carry out such other duties which are consistent with the nature and responsibilities of the role
2. Continual development of architectural understanding and awareness
- Become involved in as many architectural studies investigations coordination meetings and design workshops as possible
- To become involved with a variety of the aspects within a project and become familiar with contracts programme and project management
- Gain an understanding of the expectations of the profession as well as gaining exposure to the overall industry
3. Proactive team member
- Become an effective and efficient team member someone that the team can rely on
- Possess a flexible working attitude and work well within the team environment
- Proactively demonstrate knowledge and skills acquired at university
4. Professional qualifications
- To undertake and record activities required to progress towards professional qualification i.e. PEDR quarterly logbooks
- Continue to add to your professional portfolio ensuing to document the most impressive aspects of your contributions
Qualifications :
Education and Training
- Undergraduate qualifications in Architecture Honours optional
- Excellent design skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Photoshop and 3D Max
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese are highly desirable
Experience
- Previous working experience is beneficial
- Previous experience in an office environment working as part of a team is preferred

- An enthusiasm for design and the built environment
- An ambitious personality capable of achieving
- Management of your own time input vs. your productivity
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Able to work as part of a team and to motivate others
This role is based out of our London office with occasional travel needed to other offices.
