Schedule:
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (Portuguese time)
- Days Off: Sunday 1 rotational day
Contract Type: 1year contract
Salary Package:
- Base Salary: 1000 per month 14 months
- Additional Bonus: 100 per month 12 months
Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and serviceoriented Customer Service Representative fluent in Italian to join our team in Lisbon. As the first point of contact for our valued customers you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction resolving inquiries and maintaining the high standards of service we stand for.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat in Italian.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues.
- Handle complaints and follow up to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team objectives.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work according to the schedule including bank holidays and rotational days off.
