We are looking for a Tech Lead Frontend Digital Transformation to join our dynamic team. You will lead our frontend development efforts ensuring highperformance scalable and userfriendly applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of scalable applications using modern frontend technologies.
- Work closely with backend engineers designers and product teams to deliver engaging user experiences.
- Guide and mentor a team of frontend developers fostering a culture of collaboration and learning.
- Ensure applications are optimized for SEO performance and security best practices.
What Were Looking For
- 10 years of frontend development experience with 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Next.js React TypeScript Gatsby.
- Experience with Material UI MJML (email templates) Twig (templating) and Netlify Functions.
- Knowledge of state management (Redux Zustand Context API).
- Experience with modern frontend tools (Webpack Babel Vite ESBuild).
