Position: AI Prompt Engineer
Working Hours:8:00am to 12:00pm (CST) additional hours can be worked before or after
Holidays: US holidays observed
Job Description:
We are looking for an AI Prompt Engineer to join our team. As an AI Prompt Engineer you will be responsible for improving the performance and reliability of AIdriven systems by finetuning the prompts that guide them. This role involves ensuring that our AI tools provide the most accurate and creative outputs and you'll collaborate closely with strategists to refine workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve System Prompts: Analyze and enhance existing system prompts to optimize the AI’s performance and ensure that it outputs the most reliable results.
- Evaluate Workflows: Work closely with strategists to assess and refine workflows ensuring efficiency and accuracy across AI processes.
- Prompt Development: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and decide on the most effective questions or instructions to use for AI tools.
- Accuracy and Creativity: Ensure the AI generates precise and relevant responses. Sometimes this will require fostering creativity within the system's capabilities.
- Quality Control: Review AI output regularly to ensure it meets our high standards for accuracy creativity and clarity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure the AI's outputs align with project goals and objectives.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: At least 12 years of experience working with AI tools and platforms such as OpenAI Anthropic and Gemini
- Skills:
- Strong command of the English language with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and creatively when designing prompts and evaluating AI output.
- Attention to detail and a natural inclination toward problemsolving.
- Required Tools and Platforms: Familiarity with major AI tools and platforms such as OpenAI Anthropic and Gemini.
