Job Description
A large MidMichigan company is seeking a detailoriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Communications Quality Specialist for our automotive dealership. This role involves reviewing and evaluating internal and external communications to ensure accuracy compliance and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Audit and monitor customer communications including emails phone calls texts and marketing materials.
- Ensure all messaging aligns with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance communication effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various departments to maintain brand consistency and standardized messaging.
- Prepare reports on findings and present them to management.
- Assist in developing training materials to improve communication strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience in auditing quality control or communications preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards is a plus.
