The Technology Workforce and Talent Excellence (TWTE) team is a Centre of Excellence (COE) providing best in class talent offerings unique to our Technology professional by process improvement consultation and enhanced experiences throughout the career talent lifecycle. As the Technology organization continues to evolve so must our People strategy.
How will you make an impact in this role
This newly created Strategic Project Manager position in our Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) team will play a vital role in the strategic evolution of the tooling used by SWP and TWTE. This person will provide strategic insight and manage multiple projects relating to the evolution of out tools to create a cohesive global technology tooling roadmap working closely with the SWP Capabilities Director the broader SWP Team and the broader TWTE organisation.
Minimum Qualifications
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
- Generate workstream and project plans and roadmaps and track project progress assign and conduct followup with task owners raise issues and risks to plan build in success metrics timelines and stakeholder communications plans
- Document actions and follow up on items agreed within projects demonstrate consistency and follow through in our project management.
- Utilize agile tooling and drive team PI Planning and delivery to drive efficiencies in how we collaborate and operate as a global centre of excellence.
- Create and execute on global communications plan considering multiple levels of stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and presentations on program strategy & performance for senior leadership.
- Utilise external benchmarking data to identify opportunities (and solutions)
Preferred Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
Experienced in project management managing multiple workstreams and projects at once and running large scale initiatives - Excellent communication and influencing skills required
- Proven experience with senior stakeholder management
- Track record of excellent collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders and ability to build strong relationships.
- Extremely organized outstanding at problemsolving and an affinity for data & metrics tracking.
- Comfortable with project management tools excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with others to achieve outcomes
