Were looking for aSenior Product Managerto take the lead in optimizing the IT infrastructure that powers our worldclass casino and hospitality experiences. This is your chance to make a real impact by driving the development and performance of essential systems that support seamless guest and operational experiences.
As part of our team youll work on key infrastructure projects from booking systems to mobile apps ensuring that our technology is fast reliable and secure. Your work will directly affect the experiences of our guests and internal teams creating smoother faster and more efficient processes.
What Youll Do:- Lead Infrastructure Management:Take ownership of IT infrastructure strategy and ensuring our systems are highperforming secure and scalable to support our growing operations.
- Own the Product Lifecycle:Manage the endtoend product journeyfrom planning and development to deployment and optimizationensuring all projects align with business goals and focus on reliability and performance.
- Collaborate Across Teams:Partner with IT Digital Marketing and external vendors to ensure our infrastructure effectively supports both guestfacing services and internal operations.
- Optimize Systems & Data:Use tools like SQL and Tableau to analyze performance identify areas for improvement and make datadriven decisions that enhance system efficiency.
- Coordinate with Vendors & Stakeholders:Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure infrastructure meets business needs supporting hightraffic operations seamlessly.
- IT Infrastructure Experience:At least 5 years managing IT infrastructure in hightraffic environments with expertise in casino and hospitality systems.
- Strong Technical Skills:Proficiency in Python SQL and R for data analysis along with experience using analytics tools like Tableau or Klipfolio.
- Expertise in Complex Systems:Solid understanding of managing infrastructure systems such as server architectures network management and cloud technologies.
- Problem Solving & Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Leadership & Collaboration:Proven experience leading teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that align with business goals.
- Educational Requirements:A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in HighTraffic Environments:A minimum of 3 years managing IT infrastructure in a highvolume secure environment. Experience in casino or hospitality is a plus.
