Job Title: Content Moderator (Italian German or French Speaker)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Content Moderator proficient in either Italian German or French and English to join our team in Porto. You will be responsible for reviewing and moderating usergenerated content on a popular social media platform to ensure compliance with legal and community standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review online videos content complaints and legal notices received from end users regarding potential copyright infringements.
- Audit and update usergenerated content on the platform for quality and accuracy.
- Moderate content to ensure it adheres to the platforms community and legal guidelines.

Maintain and apply a broad knowledge of client products and services.
- Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality standards as set by the client.

Ensure the privacy and data security of users is protected at all times.
- Collaborate with team members while also being able to work independently.
Requirements:
- Fluent in any of the required languages and English.
Strong computer navigation and PC knowledge.

Skilled in multitasking and adapting to fastpaced environments.

Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
