Job Title: French Customer Service Representative
Location: Braga Portugal.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products services policies and company procedures.
- Assist customers in resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French and English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
