Job Description
- Provide support for test management and Software as a Service (SaaS) within the eCommerce cluster with the goal of eventually taking on full responsibility
- Establish and maintain the E2E test environment incl. tooling in our eCommerce Cluster
- Understand the underlying business processes
- You will be responsible along with the team for ensuring the delivery of product increments that meet the agreedupon quality standards
- Design and optimize scalable IT solutions for an international market
- Assess the functionality of our systems and provide feedback on possible implications
- Take responsibility for regression tests before feature deployment
- Document and evaluate test results independently
- Keep documentation uptodate and share knowledge with all team members
- Support across teams with feature regression and integration tests
Qualifications :
- Completed technical education with focus on IT (HTL FH TU) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the IT industry in which you have gained significant experience with quality assurance and testing in the world of data & analytics
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team towards achieving quality assurance goals
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
- Strong experience with testing tools and testautomation frameworks in the area of data (e.g. jUnit Selenium Apache JMeter QuerySurge Xray etc. and proficiency in at least one programming language preferably Java
- Expertise in GitLab for managing and automating testing processes within the software development lifecycle ensuring seamless integration and continuous delivery
- Proficiency with data querying modeling and/or engineering techniques such as SQL PL/SQL Big Data ETL/ELT etc.
- Handson experience in projects relating to testing data solutions (e.g. data lake system integration data migration data warehousing) is an advantage
- Experience in analytical cloud databases (e.g. Snowflake BigQuery) is an advantage
- Passionate about data analytics and data driven decision making. Knowledge of data visualization tools (PowerBI Tableau Looker is an advantage
