Tennis Operations Specialist

As a Tennis Operations Specialist / Trading Operations Operator you will be responsible for creating updating and settling all the events that our customers bet on.

This is a hybrid role where you will be required to work 2 days in the Sofia office. 

What you will do

• Help to effectively to consistently deliver outstanding service to our internal and external customers and to ensure departmental KPIs are delivered
• Ensure betting opportunities released by Trading are made available on the specific channels and brands at the required moment in time
• Ensure that the delivery of events occur in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage life cycle of events ensuring customer journey is best in class
• Manage the workflow of events from trading through production to ensure they are displayed correctly accurately and efficiently
• Manage the reference data for Trading systems updating and keeping logs accurate
• Manage the content on the specific channels ensuring customers user experience is easy and efficient
• Before the events are displayed to minimise errors and any customer impact
• Recommend new enhancements to ensure we keep up with key competition
• Raising of issues to relevant support teams

Qualifications :

    Knowledge for Sports (Tennis is advantage)
    An understanding and knowledge of the betting industry including its key policies procedures products and terms is advantage
    Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
    Strong communication skills with an excellent command of written and spoken English
    Flexible with working hours including evening shifts public holidays and weekends to suit the business needs
    Proactive and a selfstarter with positive attitude with an ability to build bridges with various teams and departments
    Ability to remain focused deliver high quality work and meet deadlines even when under pressure agile thinker.
