Digital Transformation Strategy
Responsible for engaging with WNS customers and potential customers to develop and grow the digitally enabled Business Transformation and consulting services across Europe to meet the companys objectives of driving digitally enabled revenue growth profitability customer success and stakeholder experience. Should have 1015 years of experience having worked with relevant companies with a strong focus on digital engagements (incl. IA RPA iBPMS AI/ML platforms) over the past 5 years. Experienced in working in Agile onshore and offshore delivery models. Ideally having worked across a breadth of industries to deliver digital transformation assessments solutions and implementation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Practice and Business Development:
- In consultation with the on and off shore digital transformation teams Business Unit and Horizontal Unit solution teams and other onshore Practice leads determine goals and objectives of customers and of their businesses
- Contribute to the internal strategies of the business and horizontal units and collaboratively identify digital opportunities
- Integrating onshore and offshore Digital IT Analytics and Operations teams to drive digital solutions and their implementations and thought leadership
- Engage with hunting and farming sales teams to acquire new customers develop strong customer relationships and ensure customer success
Professional Service Delivery:
- Perform consulting work as needed on client transformation engagements
- Ensure successful delivery of professional service engagements to clients
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in the field and be ready to learn new things
Financial Management:
- Seek to maximize revenue and improve profitability
- Contribute to budget planning resourcing and procurement
- Manage assigned customer transformation accounts and monitor and report on the expenses
- Understand and report on the financial and legal implications of the contracts
Organisational Development:
- Contribute to internal organisational maturity certifications and accreditations
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree
- Strong focus on digital engagements (incl. IA RPA iBPMS AI/ML platforms) over the past 5 years.
- Experienced in working in Agile onshore and offshore delivery models. Ideally having worked across a breadth of industries to deliver digital transformation assessments solutions and implementation.
Additional Information :
- Demonstrated experience and/or industry certifications in digital assessment/consulting Design Thinking Enterprise Integration IoT Big Data AI/ML Cloud Mobile Middleware and CyberPhysical Security
- Entrepreneurial passion to build and develop teams
- Breadth of industry experience and depth of domain expertise
- Experience 10 years desirable
