What youll do at Elekta
As a Finance Business Analyst for the Linac and Software Solutions business line of Elekta youll provide insightful indepth financial performance analysis while working alongside the Business Controllers. Your role will involve supporting monthend reporting business planning and financial reporting processes.
This is a 6month fixedterm position (extension is possible but not guaranteed). This role is ideal for candidates with 24 years of experience in finance or business analysis looking to develop their expertise in a supportive role rather than a senior advisory position.
Responsibilities
- Analyse financial data and provide reporting and recommendations to support business decisions
- Work with wider Finance team of the business line to deliver business planning process
- Preparation of monthend close reporting packages
- Support business intelligence development initiatives to drive improvement in BI insights and build narratives for nonfinance stakeholders
- Support financial analysis for various business line initiatives
- Act as a business partner to the commercial organization.
What you bring
This is a fixedterm role ideal for a candidate who is eager to learn and develop while also being a selfstarter and a valuable team contributor. To be a great fit we believe you should have:
- Degree in Finance or Business
- Qualified or partqualified professional finance qualification
- A couple of years of professional experience with financial analysis monthend reporting and overall financial reporting processes
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English to be able to document visualize and convey messages in an impactful way to finance and nonfinance stakeholders
- Analytical skills: strong capacity in structuring and simplifying complex issues and handling and interpreting large datasets
- Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions
- Previous experience with QlikSense would be preferable but not essential.
