- Job Purpose :
- Software support analyst maintains the software and ensure that they run smoothly and provide technical support and advice to end users.
Scope of the Position:
- Provide training and implement our cloud based ERP in every department of the hotel
- Provide telephone/email support
- Patiently listen understand and try and resolve queries of customers
- Make sure the customer is satisfied and happy so as to minimize churn
- Help our Engineering team in improving the product
- Be Adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
- Duties and Responsibilities :
- To be responsible to perform a variety of duties and must be prepared to handle many tasks at once.
- Installing and configuring software systems
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
- Talking to clients to determine the nature of problems
- Responding to breakdowns
- Maintaining records of software licenses
- Skills Required :
- Ideally university graduate or equivalent relevant qualifications
- Working with customers to identify software problems and advising on the solution
- Logging and keeping records of customer queries
- Analyzing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
- Updating self-help documents so customers can try to fix problems themselves
- Ability to deal with difficult callers
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Up-to-date technical knowledge
- An in depth understanding of the software the customers are using
- Good interpersonal and customer care skills
- Should have patience with a meticulous nature and be capable of working well under pressure.
- Willing to travel extensively
- Should have excellent communication skills and outstanding command over English and Hindi language.
Eligibility
1. Bachelors Degree (in any field)
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Proficient in English and Hindi both
4. Should be open to travel (anywhere in India)
5. 1-2 years experience (in a similar profile)
6. Hospitality industry experience is a plus
7. Ready to relocate to Ahmedabad Gujarat
