Job Description

Are you an experienced Program Manager with a passion for continuous improvement and service excellence We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Program Manager to join our Family and Community Services (FCS) team. In this role you will be at the forefront of managing and coordinating frameworks activities and projects to enhance the delivery of critical services to the communities we serve.

As the Program Manager you will play a vital role in supporting the strategic objectives of the FCS portfolio ensuring we meet legislative and contractual obligations and contributing to the growth and success of our programs. Your expertise will help drive continuous improvement initiatives enhance program delivery and ensure service compliance across the FCS Portfolio.

Key Deliverables:

  • Monitor and maintain contractual records funding contracts and service specifications liaising with program managers for regular reviews.
  • Provide expert advice to Team Leaders Community Services Managers Directors and Executive Director on contract provisions service compliance and policy development.
  • Coordinate effective data collection and reporting mechanisms across the FCS Portfolio.
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and best practice program delivery.
  • Collaborate with shared services and operational areas to ensure program deliverables and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Support FCS Directors and Senior Leadership in audits accreditation processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to successful tendering and procurement processes strengthening relationships with funding providers.
  • Oversee the administration and governance of FCS program delivery ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Ensure strategic alignment of program frameworks and objectives with funding and legislative requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in social work social science psychology or a related field with relevant experience in human services.
  • Current drivers licence
  • Australian work rights

Experience:

  • Significant experience with state and federal funded programs including Early Intervention Permanency Support Supported Independent Living and Aftercare.
  • Strong understanding of NSW Office of the Childrens Guardian NSW Department of Communities and Justice and the National Disability Insurance Agency requirements.
  • Extensive experience handling sensitive client and government data.
  • Proven ability to work in highpressure environments with complex reporting and budgetary constraints.
  • Skilled in providing CLevel information including briefings ministerial correspondence and reporting to boards.
  • Expertise in program development implementation and management in both government and notforprofit sectors.

The successful applicant will possess a valid NSW Working with Children Check Drivers Licence first aid & CPR certificate and be willing to undertake a preemployment functional medical and National Police Check (with consideration of any reported outcomes).
