Job Description
Bachelors degree in social work education psychology or another related field. Minimum of three years professional experience working with youth. Minimum of three years professional experience coordinating or managing programs. Minimum of two years of experience supervising volunteers and/or staff. High level of cultural humility and cultural fluency including awareness to issues of race class adverse childhood experiences ACES and trauma and the ethical dilemmas that may arise from the development of campus and community partnerships. Experience working with individuals with diverse identities and systemically marginalized populations. Experience in program development and improvement. Strong organizational skills selfinitiative and ability to work independently. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft office familiarity with database administration. Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Ability to pass any and all background checks.
