Job Description Summary

The USCAN Apttus (CPQ) Platform Manager will be responsible for setting the strategy the vision and of the Apttus (ConfigurePriceQuote) platform and integration with enterprise systems to deliver growth simplification and excellence for our commercial partners. This individual will partner and collaborate with key stakeholders in field sales commercial operations region/global IT OTR global COEs to optimize functional design & platform delivery to ensure enduser value.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Directly lead/manage team focused on developing delivering and supporting Apttus (CPQ) platform for US and Canada (USCAN) regions.

  • Provide direct leadership of team including setting priorities providing support driving and coaching for performance.

  • Develop and build a strategic vision and implementation plans that deliver strong customer capabilities simplification and commercial excellence.

  • Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders in field sales commercial operations IT OTR global COEs to optimize processes & deliver value.

  • Secure deep understanding of regional sales service processes and commercial needs and facilitate understanding to translate and enhance our commercial tools.

  • Engage influence and provide sales thought leadership to regional Commercial Leaders and their teams.

  • Partner with IT colleagues to ensure optimal development of functionality and lead enduser testing to ensure optimal quality prior to field deployment.

  • Engage and ensure the frontline sales teams are kept at the forefront of all deliverables to ensure commercial excellence visibility and growth.

  • Collaborate with Communication/Training/Support leaders on downstream platform implementation & user support.

  • Collaborate with Commercial Analytics leaders to ensure seamless connection between transactional systems and related analytics & insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree and minimum of 8 years successful experience of leading comprehensive highprofile projects in the areas of sales marketing operations or IT initiatives within complex and/or matrix organizations.

  • Experience in commercial platforms & sales enablement functions.

  • Solid process and program management experience with demonstrated project planning and resource management/allocation experience.

  • Proven ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time.

  • Technical aptitude to work with IT teams to integrate existing systems.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group executives managers and subject matter experts.

  • Leadership experience with a demonstrate record of recruiting hiring retaining and developing talent.

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and ConfigurePriceQuoting (CPQ) systems preferably Apttus CPQ

  • Experience in healthcare industry.

  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and ConfigurePriceQuoting (CPQ) processes and platforms (preferably Apttus/Conga Cloud .

  • Certified Lean Expert Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
