Floating Director of Nursing at Next Step Healthcare
In this fulltime position you will provide clinical leadershipas needed in various locations throughout the state.Our ideal candidate is an experienced Director of Nursing (DON/DNS) who enjoys a challenge likes to travel and work with multiple teams. The Floating Director of Nursing must be an RN and live in the Region to support our centers in Massachusetts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a current MA license in good standing required.
- Hold a current CPR certification.
- At least five years experience in longterm care setting with 35 years as Director of Nursing.
- Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures as well as laws regulations and guidelines that pertain to long term care.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
