JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Represent the Mission & Core Values of ChickfilA Rutherford Rd & HWY 400
• Uphold our CORE 4 Model
• Provide Second Mile Service going above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service
• Communicate professionally and courteously with other team members and guests
• Handle customer inquiries questions and complaints
• Retain and follow all restaurant policies procedures and requirements
• Maintain knowledge of products services and sales promotions offered to assist guests and team members
• Know all relevant standard operating procedures and pass required assessments or activities
• Quickly bag and deliver food with order accuracy
• Prepare cook assemble and package raw hot and cold food efficiently
• Work in a fastpaced environment with the ability to multitask
• Maintain an exceptionally clean orderly safe and sanitary work environment
• Always arrive to your shift on time and in full uniform: shirt pants belt nonslip shoes name tag
• Navigate and use POS (point of sale) touch screen technology
• Execute daily opening closing cleaning and stocking checklists
• Perform additional job duties assigned by management to support business demands including but not limited to wiping down tables cleaning the dining room greeting guests line hosting
• Be proactive in your shift by setting up the team for success (i.e. stocking cleaning etc.
• Take ownership of the ChickfilA brand and purpose by being a good steward and having a positive influence on all who come in contact with ChickfilA
• Have fun and build lifelong relationships
• Consistently enforce team member discipline policy
• Consistent and deliberate development of supervisors and trainers
