Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Leader position at Ricoh USA located at 1601 19th Street Suite 1000 Denver CO.
Position Details:
- Pay Rate: USD $23.00/hr
- Contract: 12 Months (Contract to Hire)
- Shift Timings: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute hospitality duties including setting up conference rooms for lunches depositions and meetings.
- Handle mail operations including outgoing and incoming mail mail runs and copy center duties.
- Provide support for attorneys and their assistants with copy requests.
- Perform daily mail runs and assist with setting up meetings.
