Overview:
We are seeking a massage therapist to join our growing team in Mount Lebanon PA. If you have a passion for massage therapy and education around selfcare we want to hear from you! Our ideal candidate works quickly and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and providing outstanding customer service in an environment that encourages collaboration and learning.
We are closed on Sundays and offer flexible hours the remainder of the week.
Responsibilities:
- Assess the customers health condition joint function muscle strength and range of motion to identify the best treatment plan.
- Perform professional quality massage that meets the customers needs and expectations.
- Knowledge of the latest massage techniques including Swedish deep muscle and prenatal.
- Ensure that customers with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner.
- Have a willingness to learn share ideas and communicate well with our customers.
- Perform general salon duties including maintaining cleanliness standards of treatment rooms and facility.
- Follow all salon policies and guidelines.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and other staff members.
- Knowledge of current trends in the massage industry.
- Eagerness to learn and improve your craft.
- Be able to stand and sit for long periods of time in addition to raising and lifting.
- 1 year of professional massage therapy experience preferred.
- Pennsylvania massage therapist license.
