Position: VP of Life Partnership Department: AE Life Reporting to: President of AE Life Location: Topeka KS/ Lenexa KS Onsite open to hybrid or remote Overview: Do you have a proven track record in Life Insurance sales Are you passionate about helping clients understand the many benefits of Life Insurance while consistently meeting sales goals Our Life Partnership Program is designed to support financial offices across the country by providing expert Life Insurance sales assistance. In this role youll partner directly with advisors and their clients offering personalized education on Life Insurance options and guiding them toward the policy that best fits their needs. This is a performancedriven sales role where success is measured by your ability to build trust close sales and drive results. What youll do: - Initiate warm and cold sales calls to advisors clients to identify needs and close Life insurance sales
- Educate clients on Life insurance options focusing on assets not required for retirement income
- Collaborate with Life Marketing teams to identify advisors who would benefit from participating in the program
- Build trust with advisors to encourage deeper engagement with their clients
- Manage and track the sales followup process for prospective client opportunities
- Coordinate with New Business teams to ensure efficient processing and resolution of pending requirements
- Monitor and track success of the program and advise on team growth potential
- Stay current on compliance and product knowledge
Experience youll bring: - 35 years of experience in Life insurance sales with a strong understanding of various Life insurance products and sales strategies
- Demonstrated success in retail client sales including over the phone in person or virtual interactions
- Experience working with both cold and warm leads to generate sales opportunities
- Confident professional and articulate in written and verbal communication
- Up to date with all required state licenses and trainings; or willing to obtain upon hire
- Strong time management ; Highly detailoriented with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments
- Handle confidential information with utmost integrity
Bonus Points: - Bachelors Degree in Business Sales or Marketing
- Series 6 or 7 license; or willingness to obtain
- Previous professional experience building sales or service call center programs
