Job Description
We are currently recruiting for the exciting opportunity of Sales Advisor with a primary focus on providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our customers over the counter and via telephone and email.
Responsibilities include
Customer support and inquiries via email online telephone and counter sales
Liaise with our technical department to find solutions for our customers
Utilise our interpreting tools to support speed of response and enhance customer service levels
Timely processing of customer returns and credits
Attend to customer sales followup
General administrative duties as required
About you Skills experience and qualifications
Confident computer skills including the ability to learn an inhouse ERP system
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail including organisational and time management skills
The highest level of customer service skills
A willingness to take on new challenges be a selfstarter and work as part of a team with minimum supervision
Previous mechanical and/or Industrial experience would be advantageous but not mandatory
