Shifts Available: 8 AM 5 PM

Position Overview: The QA/Training Coordinator is responsible for monitoring evaluating and directing staff members on the quality of work performed as measured against project standards contractual requirements and performance measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure activities and processes align with company Quality Assurance standards and applicable contractual standards.
• Evaluate staff members on work quality against project standards contractual requirements and performance measures.
• Develop instructional programs prepare training materials and deliver training as needed.
• Analyze training evaluations to recommend continuous improvements.
• Conduct quality assurance checks for completeness accuracy consistency and conformity.
• Identify recommend and verify the implementation of solutions.
• Stay up to date on policies and procedures assisting in the development and updating of QA procedures.
• Research and compile data for special studies.
• Assist with performance monitoring and contractual compliance.
• Produce and update staff resource materials including reference guides matrices charts and workflows.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent with 02 years of experience.
• Prior experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Training within a human services environment preferred.
• Additional training or education in the specialization is a plus.
• Ability to acquire job skills and understand policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
• Strong ability to read comprehend and perform assignments within prescribed guidelines.
