Make a difference as a B2C Consumer Engagement Manager (Accelerated Development Program)

This position will be a part of an accelerated development program with a goal of positioning the new leader to rapidly gain experience and grow quickly within the organization. We are expecting this new passionate leader to gain experience and rapidly promote into higherlevel marketing roles including VP level Marketing roles both in Canada and abroad.

Your role:

As a Consumer Engagement Manager the selected candidate will be responsible for 360 marketing communication plans for Canada and the US while focusing and enhancing the overall consumer journey to drive market share and brand loyalty for our Michelin brands. The role works under the Sr. Brand Marketing Director

We need you for:

  • Develop Integrated Marketing Strategies: Align marketing communication strategies with brand objectives to enhance consumer experience drive engagement and ensure a seamless journey across all touchpoints (PESO).
  • Cover All Touchpoints: Ensure comprehensive coverage from owned channels (web social CRM dealer experience group) to paid media.
  • Coordinate with Media Managers: Work closely with Michelin North American Omnichannel Media Managers to execute plans for the Canadian market.
  • Align Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with brand managers to understand key business objectives and build briefs for the communication team ensuring alignment with business goals for North America.
  • Lead Communication Budget: Oversee the PESO communication budget for Consumer & Dealer. Handle the local annual promotional budget for activation in various territories.
  • Optimize Strategies with Insights: Use insights in collaboration with the Marketing Intelligence and Insight Manager to refine communication strategies.
  • Monitor Effectiveness: Track consumer feedback reviews and metrics to assess the impact of marketing communication and consumer experience initiatives.

What do you need to possess for being successful

  • You hold a B.A. and/or Masters Degree. Focus in Marketing preferred.
  • You have at least seven 7 years of global experience developing and executing 360 marketing communication plans in the consumer (B2C) space.
  • You are at ease in a bilingual environment (French and English) so you can communicate orally and in writing with your colleagues and our international partners.
  • You have consistent record of leading crossfunctional and/or direct teams.
  • You have strong storytelling skills that enable you to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
