Job Description:
As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Leif Johnson Automotive you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process. You will provide a high level of customer service build lasting relationships and contribute to the overall success of our dealership. You will also be responsible for maintaining uptodate product knowledge and staying informed about current promotions and incentives.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features options and benefits
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of current inventory pricing promotions and incentives
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers on financing and leasing options
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular followup and postsale support
- Attend and participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary education in sales or a related field is an asset
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a customerfacing role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- A valid drivers license and a clean driving record
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
