Minimum Qualifications
Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in California Pharm.D. with a PGY1 residency/fellowship or equivalent experience Strong background in ambulatory or acute care pharmacy practice Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications
PGY2 in ambulatory care or acute care Experience in research and/or scholarship Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices and knowledge in their work Experience and sensitivity in working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Demonstrated experience in advancing social justice equity and inclusion in a university setting. Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices and knowledge in their work.
