Responsibilities
The Finance Management Program (FMP) provides the opportunity to move through multiple rotational assignments within the Chief Financial Officers organization. The FMP is an eighteenmonth program that focuses on multiple rotations within the finance organization including accounting financial planning and analysis analytics treasury and pricing. The program will also include business rotations in the following areas: Stores HR Risk Consumer and Commercial Lending Operations and Marketing. This rotational process helps develop a solid knowledge base of the functional areas of the CFO group and Grow Financial.
Our goal is for the FMP to participate in a variety of activities that will foster teamwork encourage networking and demonstrate Grows vision and culture. You will participate in Grow events networking activities community service activities training and will be provided the opportunity to further develop leadership skills.
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited College or University in Business Finance Economics or related field required with a graduation date of December 2024 May 2025.
- Strong technical skills in Excel should be accompanied by proficiencies in critical thinking business acumen leadership attention to detail communication community involvement and relationship building.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to move freely (standing stooping walking bending pushing and pulling).
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to read write speak and type English.
- Must be able to hear and use a telephone.
- Use of computer requires repetitive key strokes.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Traditional office setting/Remote work available. Position reports to Grow HQ in Tampa FL.
- Travel to other branches or locations required as needed.
