Overview
IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED
Full Time Electromechanical Field Service Technician
MondayFriday/Weekends off
Excellent compensation and benefits
OVERVIEW:
Established national CNC machining company is looking for a full time Field Service Technician to repair industrial equipment including cutting equipment and hydraulics.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Installs services or repairs mechanical and electronic equipment at the customers site our manufacturing sites or sales and service offices.
- Utilizes test equipment to perform work.
- Discusses with engineering team problems relating to maintenance or operation of equipment.
- Performs in house phone troubleshooting support to customers.
- Supports sales for product demonstrations.
- Provides a range of known solutions to problems.
- Innovates on the fly to resolve new and unique problems.
- May be asked to cover after hours phone troubleshooting.
- Will be asked to travel extensively MondayFriday. Weekends off.
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Electromechanical training and practical experience minimum of 3 years
- Military experience or Associates Degree preferred.
- Require minimal direct supervision.
- Ability to accurately and effectively communicate problems and suggest possible solutions.
- Will require travel weekdays up to 80100 of the time.
