Smile you found us! Looking for a career change in 2025 Come find out what makes Peak THE PLACE to work and live. Peak is currently looking for a ROCKSTAR Maintenance Technician to join our team at our beautiful 1200 unit property Ramblewood Apartments.
- Ideal candidate will provide exceptional above standard service to all of our customers.
- Must have maintenance experience including technical and HVAC understanding electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
- This position does require oncall rotation.

Requirements
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods standing and walking.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders bend or crawl into awkward spaces.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
