Base Location:Belfast
Salary: 25321 performancerelated bonus a range of benefits to support your finances wellbeing and family.
Working Pattern: Permanent Full Time Flexible First options available
The role
Were looking for a flexible and customer focused Meter Reader to work within Airtricity Gas NI.
You will
- provide accurate reads of various gas meters in accordance with our licence to supply conditions
- record and report all meter and network safety related issues and accurately complete all documentation
- liaise with internal departments regarding meter reading queries and supply licence compliance
- work in partnership with your team to deliver the highest level of service to both customers and the business
- actively contribute to team meetings and one to ones sharing any knowledge that has been gained through experience or from contact with others
You have
- a customer and qualityfocused mindset with exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills
- a flexible approach to working hours as some evening and weekend work will be required
- strong interpersonal skills with problem solving capability
- a current driving licence
