Residential & Commercial Projects in MA & NH
Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Construction Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial project work across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management with a preference for those holding an MA Construction Supervisor License a comprehensive understanding of building codes and the permitting the process. Projects include both residential and commercial builds and rehabbing existing structures.A vehicle is provided.
Role:
- Manage daytoday project operations
- Create and manage project schedules
- Coordinate and performing all aspects of project work
- Assist in the identification qualification selection and coordination of subcontractors
- Participate in construction estimating and bidding processes
- Attend and lead client construction meetings
What will catch our eye:
- MA Construction Supervisor License (CSL)
- Indepth knowledge of building codes and permitting
- Bachelors degree in construction technology or related field experience required
- Highly selfmotivated with strong decisionmaking capabilities
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and site projects efficiently
- Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Excel
- Must pass a background check and possess a valid drivers license with a safe driving record
