We Exist to Transform our Customers and Change Lives Summary: RFSMART is seeking a Hardware Support Engineer with RF data collection and Android experience to support its Hardware Customers. This person will answer support calls assist customers with hardware implementation and provide hardware professional services to RFSMART customers and will be part of the RFSMART Hardware team as a Hardware Support Engineer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Configure RFSMART Hardware and software for the customer environment
- Follow hardware configuration guides to apply customer specific settings to hardware
- Receive unbox configure box and ship hardware for required customers
- Work with the RFSMART case system to track customer issues to resolution
- Support and configure Android based devices
- Configure Telnet software such as Velocity and StayLinked
Education and Experience:
- Android OS experience
- Skilled in working in complex environments with Customers and Partners
- Strength in balancing numerous projects
- Strong desire to learn
- Comfortable working alone or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimal interstate travel or international travel <10
