Job Description

What Were Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred.
3 years of experience in healthcare nonprofit administration public relations or a related field.
Proficiency in CRM databases Microsoft Office (Word Excel) and familiarity with Canva Adobe and Paint is a plus!
Strong organizational communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fastpaced environment.
Valid Florida drivers license auto insurance and reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

Gift Processing & Data Management 60

  • Accurately enter and manage donations pledges and nonmonetary contributions.
  • Ensure timely donor acknowledgments and oversee credit card gift processing.
  • Maintain data integrity and generate reports for donor cultivation and financial reconciliation.

Executive Administrative Support 40

  • Assist the Executive Director with administrative tasks board meetings and donor relations.
  • Support fundraising events community initiatives and special programs.
  • Coordinate contracts agreements and meeting logistics.
