Static Engineer Electrical
Reading Centre RG1
Salary 42000 to 44000 plus package
Permanent full time
We are working with a growing and highly reputable facilities management contractor who are a genuinely fantastic company to work for look after their staff well and have established and stable contracts nationwide. This role will be working on a static site in Reading (RG1 carrying out an electrically biased all round site maintenance role.
As a Static Engineer your main responsibilities will be;
Duties and Responsibilities
- To undertake planned and reactive maintenance works across the site.
- Electrical and Mechanical maintenance works
- Duties will include fabric works mechanical maintenance plant maintenance building checks etc
- Managing permits on site for other engineers/sub contractors
- Liaising and communicating with the client.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for our Static Engineer role;
- You will be an experienced all round building maintenance engineer able to carry out all round fabric works on site
- The role is static working on a large corporate new build office building so you must be happy with a static role
- You will be electrically qualified Level 3 and 17th or 18th Edition
- You will have excellent communication and client facing skills required to have constant communication with the client who is based on site
